Domestic Shipping Policy:
At this time we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand to other countries soon.
Shipment processing time
All orders are made to order and therefore are processed within 5-7 business days. Once processed, your order will be shipped. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays, but may be shipped on the weekends.
If we are experiencing higher than normal volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. This will be made known to you as soon as the shipping timeline is assessed. We ask that you please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
SiVi Tidy Co. ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and text message once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
SiVi Tidy Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
SiVi Tidy Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package is not received, please contact us and allow 10 business days for us to replace your order.
International Shipping Policy:
At this time we currently do not ship outside the U.S.
