Thank you for visiting and shopping at SiVi Tidy Co. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy:
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days as each product is custom tailored once your order has been placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays unless further specified.
If we are experiencing a higher than normal order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You will be made aware of this as soon as possible so expectations are thoroughly managed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.Delivery delays can occasionally occur. SiVi Tidy Co. ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories at this time.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
SiVi Tidy Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We also highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout for added protection.
International Shipping Policy:
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
