Return Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase and thank you for your support. Due to the natural of the handmade products we do not accept returns at this time. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us and we will be eager to rectify any and all concerns. 

RETURNS:

At this time we do not accept returns.

CANCELLATIONS:

Once an order has been placed we do not accept cancellations. All orders will be processed accordingly within the specified time frame. If a cancellation is requested before the order has been fully processed the cancellation will be at the companies discretion.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME:

All orders are made to order and therefore are processed within 7-10 business days. Once processed, your order will be shipped immediately. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays, but may be shipped on the weekends. 

  • If we are experiencing higher than normal order volumes due to surprise drops, sales or holidays please allow additional time for your order to be processed.

ADDRESS CHANGE:

If the shipping address is entered incorrectly at checkout please contact us immediately for the correction. At this time we provide up to 1 change of address correction free of charge. 

REFUNDS:

We are committed to your satisfaction 100% of the time. If you are unhappy with your product or service please reach out to us to make it right. All refunds are at the discretion of the SiVi Tidy Co. 

DAMAGES OR STOLEN PRODUCT:

    Please contact us at the customer service email below to arrange a replacement or credit. We also highly recommend obtaining the shipping insurance at checkout in case of product transit issues.
