As a small batch brand, each product is handmade with care and intention. Because of the nature of our products, we do not currently accept returns—but your satisfaction remains our top priority.


Returns

At this time, all sales are final. Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.


Order Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. However, if you contact us before your order has been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request at our discretion. Please note that once fulfillment has begun, we are unable to cancel the order.


Processing & Shipping Times

All products are made to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing prior to shipment. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During high-volume periods—such as product launches, sales, or holidays—please allow extra time for processing.


Address Corrections

If you entered an incorrect shipping address at checkout, please contact us at support@sivitidyco.com as soon as possible. We allow one address change per order free of charge. Changes are not guaranteed once the order has entered the shipping queue.


Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is missing items, please reach out to us within 5 business days of delivery. Email us at support@sivitidyco.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will be happy to make it right.


Stolen Packages

SiVi Tidy Co.™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We encourage customers to ship to secure locations. If your package appears to be missing, please first contact your local post office or carrier. While we cannot guarantee replacements, we are always here to help you troubleshoot and will do what we can to support a resolution.


Refunds

Refunds are issued at the discretion of SiVi Tidy Co.™. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please email us at support@sivitidyco.com so we can understand your concerns and determine the best path forward. Our goal is always to ensure you feel supported and valued.
