Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States, including U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We hope to expand internationally in the future.


Processing Time

All products are made to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for order processing. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped promptly. Orders are not shipped on holidays, but may ship on weekends when possible.

During high-volume periods (such as product launches, promotions, or holidays), processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on the destination.


P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, and DPO addresses within the U.S. using applicable carrier services.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or text with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.


Taxes, Duties & Tariffs

SiVi Tidy Co.™ is not responsible for any applicable taxes, tariffs, or duties that may be applied to your order by state or local jurisdictions. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.


Damaged or Lost Packages

SiVi Tidy Co.™ is not liable for items damaged or lost in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Save the packaging and damaged items

  2. Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim

  3. Notify us at support@sivitidyco.com

If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please allow 10 business days for us to investigate and assist with a resolution.


International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
